If you want to cancel an item, you must do so within 24 hours of placing the order, or before it is dispatched. Items can't be cancelled once they've been shipped; they can only be returned. In both cases, a refund will be initiated.

We will initiate a refund once we receive the email and conduct a quality analysis on it.
All payments will be processed within four working days after receipt of return courier and will only be paid via NEFT. Payments received by COD will be refunded through Mobile Wallets like GPay , NEFT & PayTm.
